As of June 24 we will no longer offer afternoon zazen at 5:20 pm due to lack of participation (and thereby volunteer bandwidth). Please visit the Bozeman Dharma Center to learn about noon sits and other programs offered.
Daily/Weekly Schedule
We do recommend instruction for those new to Zen practice and can arrange instruction at your convenience. You are welcome to join us without attending instruction, and whether you’ve had previous experience with Zen practice or not. You may participate with our group on Zoom any weekday morning, as well as Sunday morning.
Morning Zazen, Online
Monday-Friday on Zoom 6:00 – 6:30 am. We chant the Pali refuges at the end.

Sunday mornings on Zoom, 8:00-9:15 am; Zazen & Study – We read and dialogue from ancient and contemporary Buddhist texts and commentaries.

In-person, 5:00 PM Zazen + Service with a weekly rotation of offerings:
First Sunday is Traditional Practice night - 2 periods of Zazen with service; Second Sunday is a Dharma Talk; Third Sunday is a reading and group/small group dialogue; Fourth Sunday is a Way Seeking Mind talk.
